These policies apply to open enrollment courses offered solely by Systems Health® Education and available for registration on the Systems Health® Education Application Form. Programs offered in collaboration with third parties are subject to the policies, terms, and conditions of the organization managing the application process and website.

Admissions Policy

The Massachusetts Institute of Technology admits students of any race, color, sex, religion, or national or ethnic origin to all rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the Institute. It does not discriminate against individuals on the basis of race, color, sex, sexual orientation, religion, disability, age, or national or ethnic origin in the administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, employment policies, scholarship and loan programs, and other Institute administered programs and activities, but may favor U.S. citizens or residents in admissions and financial aid. Systems Health® values engagement, inclusivity, and collaboration for its diverse community of faculty, staff, and participants. As a participant of an Systems Health® Education course, you are a member of the Systems Health® Community and are expected to adhere to the following principles. Read more.

Course Attendance and Completion Policy

Participants must attend the entire course in order to receive the program certificate of completion and any credit towards an Executive or ACE Certificate. There will be no partial credit granted for any program that is not fully completed. If you will not be able to attend the entire program, we advise you to register for another session.

If you register for a Sprint course, you will have 30 days in which to complete the course. If not completed within 30 days from your registration date, access to the course will be revoked.

There are no academic credits granted for participation in executive programs. Tuition rates listed in the program description reflect the total cost of participation in the course. Accommodations are not included in all programs; see the individual program descriptions for complete details. Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of payment.

Transfer and Cancellation Policy

You can cancel or transfer most enrollments yourself via your online account. Please log in and select Change an Enrollment for options. If you are unable to make changes to your course through your account, please contact the Registration team at info@systemshealth.com  for assistance. Please see applicable fees below.

Substitution Policy

To send a substitute in your place, please log in to your account and select Change an Enrollment. Once you have entered the substitutes details they will be notified by email and have 48 hours in which to confirm the change. Please note that some courses require program director approval of all candidates. In these cases, the proposed substitute will need to complete an online application. Once the application has been approved, the substitution will be processed.

Discount Policy

Please note that you may take advantage of only one discount or special offer per course (e.g.,group pricing, Systems Health® alumni discount, etc.). Discounts cannot be combined. Visit the FAQ page to see a list of available discounts.

Visa Letter Policy

Systems Health® will issue a visa invitation letter only after course acceptance and upon receipt of payment in full. $1,000 of your program payment will be considered a non-refundable deposit. Should you be unable to attend the program, the $1,000 deposit is not eligible for refund, regardless of cancellation/deferral date or reason. If you cancel or defer your program enrollment more than 42 days before the program start date, you may apply the $1,000 deposit toward another program enrollment within one year of the original program start date. It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure they have a valid visa before attending. Within 44 days of the program start date, the standard cancellation and deferral fees also apply.
